Santa Monica High School Marching Band

The Samohi Viking Marching Band is one of Samohi's most visible and popular music ensemble. One of the oldest high school marching bands in the western United States, Samohi has enjoyed an outstanding history of innovation and excellence. Students are trained to perform both musically and physically. The band performs for football games, parades, field show tournaments, and school and community events.

MARCHING BAND SCHEDULE

It is extremely important for all students to adhere to the rehearsal and performance dates. Any
absence affects the group. Absences from performances greatly detract from our
competitiveness. A “hole” in the pattern will make our formations unclear.
