Fundraising for Music

The Santa Monica Malibu Unified School District only funds a fraction of the operating costs of the Samohi Music Programs. In order to purchase music, instruments, equipment and instruction for our students, we depend on the generosity and support of parents and community members. Please give generously to ensure that the students in Santa Monica will continue to grow and learn through participation in music ensembles!

Join eScrip at eScrip.com and earn money for the Samohi Bands.

Register your Credit and Debit Cards. Use one of them everytime you shop at participating stores, restaurants, and online websites and earn from 1.5% to 10% of your purchase for the Samohi Bands.

IF you have already filled out the scrip forms for the band - then we have entered your name - and thanks for giving us the information.

IF you haven't filled out the forms - you can still sign up with the escrip program.  Just sign up (or renew) your scrip with Vons/Pavilion's - and we will start getting money to support the band program!  It's really easy to do.  Just follow these simple instructions:

First time users:
1. Go to www.escrip.com
2.  Click on - "Sign up - it's free"
3.  Enter group name - Santa Monica Band Parent's Association
4.  Click - group name and next
5.  Follow steps to enter your personal information

We need to renew everyone (I have done some already - however, to make sure - please help out and renew yourself)

1.  Go to www.escrip.com <http://www.escrip.com>
2.  Click on Renew your commitment to Safeway (it covers Von's/Pavilion's too)
3.  Enter either e-mail address, phone number or Von's and preferred shopper number
4.  Follow the steps to complete renewal

Also, you can enter your Macy's credit card and regular credit card - and we will get money from both of these.

Ralph's Rewards Program Community Contribution Program allows non-profit organizations to earn money by shopping at Ralphs.

• Sign up for the card at Ralph's
• Swipe your Ralphs Club Card every time you shop (Or Use Your Phone Number)
• A portion of the spending will go directly to the Samohi Bands

Additional Information Regarding Ralph's

Ralph'srequires that you must sign yourselfup on their website (we are not allowed to enroll you). It only takes a minute and we receive money when you shop at Ralphs.
Here are the instructions for Ralphs:

IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ONLINE
1. Log in to www.ralphs.com
2. Click on Sign In/Register (upper right hand)
3. Most participants are new online customers, so they must click on SIGN UP TODAY in the New Customer? box to the right.
4. Sign up for a Ralphs Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and conditions
5. You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
6. Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step.
7. Click on Edit Community Contribution information and input your Ralphs REWARDS card number.
8. Update or confirm your information.
9. Enter NPO number (84456)or name of organization, select organization from list and click on confirm.
10. To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organizations name on the right side of your information page.
11. You have now completed your Online rewards card registration AND your Community Contributions registration.
12. Click on Logout at the top of the page

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ON-LINE
(This means that you have already entered your email address and assigned yourself a password)
1. Log in to www.ralphs.com
2. Click Sign In/Register
3. Enter your email address and password
4. Click on sign in
5. Click on My Account (In the top right hand corner)
6. View all your information and edit as necessary
